  1. First, just tell us about yourself and how you are involved in the tourism industry. My names are Joy chepngetich aka tichtoo, born healthy and in my mid twenties. I work in the National Hospital Insurance Fund on logistics area on which has a connection with my travelling
  2. Where did you get that love for tourism, nature and traveling from? It began from that word ART which i got attached to every aspects that formed art and then i got to appreciate its nature by travelling.
  3. Are you contented with how much you have traveled and places you have visited so far? What was your best destination? No, what i can say my journey has just began in the sense of wanting to see more in this world! I have covered quite a percentage of Kenya and i admired the northern region being my favourite.
  4. Take us through your travel bucket list. Australia, South africa and Tanzania
  5. How often do you travel? I travel frequently with the nature of my job
  6. What are the most important lessons you have learnt from your trips? Being humble. There’s actually real poverty. And the aftermath of several people i see through my travels, fills me with lots of assorted emotions. The appearance of it all teaches me to be humble in all kinds of age group and to share a smile. And last but not least HAKUNA MATATA.
  7. What is the most frustrating part about trips? The Change of weather
  8. Do you consider yourself a traveler or a tourist? Why? A Traveler, because i have tried to expose onto some regions and covered some tiresome kilometers and on the other hand; i still feel like a tourist in my own beautiful country note being i need to EXPLORE farther.
  9. Any comments on #TembeaKenya efforts and to others about traveling through Kenya? It’s impressive considering every Hashtags is like a newborn, the stunning scenery alerts of our country, sharing it to the world. Interacting with people on a wide range and learn something halfway.
  10. Funtravel Hot Seat: You are going for a roadtrip, but you have only two seats left and have three people to invite on board; Bob Colymore, Eric Omondi or Eric Wanaina. One will sit next to you, the other will sit at the back of the bus and the third will not board. Who will be where? Bob Collymore will be next to me.
